A federal high court in Abuja has admitted nine documents tendered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in the trial of Abubakar Malami, former attorney-general of the federation (AGF) and minister of justice. Malami is standing trial alongside his wife, Asabe Bashir, and his son, Abdulaziz, over alleged money laundering. Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, has approved the appointments of Adeyemo Emmanuel Adedokun as Senior Special Assistant on Industry and Cooperatives, and Kolawole Ojo Ayoola as Senior Special Assistant on Trade and Export Promotion. The appointments were contained in letters signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Musibau Babatunde.
