The Lagelu Legislative Leader, Hon. Idogbe Aduragbemi, has extended warm greetings and best wishes to teachers, pupils and students across Lagelu Local Government as they resume for a new academic session.
In a message to mark the resumption, Hon. Idogbe described education as one of the greatest investments any society can make, stressing that the future of every community depends largely on the quality of education given to its younger generation.
He congratulated the students on their return to school and encouraged them to see the new academic session as another opportunity to learn, improve themselves and move closer to achieving their dreams.
The Legislative Leader urged students to remain focused, disciplined and committed to their studies, advising them not to allow distractions to derail their academic pursuits. He encouraged them to identify their areas of interest and remain dedicated to their chosen fields, assuring them that consistent effort and determination would eventually yield positive results.
Hon. Idogbe also commended teachers for their dedication and sacrifices in nurturing the younger generation, describing them as important builders of future leaders. He urged them to continue imparting knowledge, discipline and good values to their students.
He further appealed to parents and guardians to provide the necessary support and encouragement for their children and wards, noting that the responsibility of raising successful and responsible future leaders is a collective one.
