The Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Opeyemi Rasheed, has congratulated Afeez Tijani Adigun, popularly known as “Omo Leader,” on his emergence as the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) Chairmanship Candidate for Oriire Local Government, Oyo State.
In a congratulatory message, Hon. Opeyemi Rasheed described Omo Leader’s emergence as a well-deserved recognition of his commitment, dedication and contributions to the development of his people and the growth of the party.
He expressed confidence in the ability of Afeez Tijani Adigun to provide purposeful and people-oriented leadership if elected, noting that his experience, grassroots connection and understanding of the needs of the people would be valuable assets to Oriire Local Government.
According to him, the emergence of Omo Leader further demonstrates the APM’s commitment to presenting credible and capable leaders who can effectively represent the interests of the people at the grassroots.
Hon. Opeyemi Rasheed urged party members, stakeholders and residents of Oriire Local Government to give the APM candidate their support and cooperation, while wishing him a successful campaign and victory at the polls.
