An aspirant for the Ona-Ara State Constituency seat, Dr. Temitope Afolabi, has officially resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), citing unresolved internal conflicts within the party as the reason for his decision.
According to the information made available to the journalist, the former PDP aspirant expressed dissatisfaction over what he described as persistent internal crises and lack of unity within the party structure, noting that the development no longer aligned with his political vision and aspirations for the people of Ona-Ara.
Although Dr. Afolabi confirmed his exit from the PDP, he disclosed that he is yet to officially announce the political party he would be joining ahead of future political engagements.
