The executive members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagelu Local Government have paid a congratulatory visit to the member representing Lagelu State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olajide Akintunde, popularly known as AKT, following his emergence through the recently concluded consensus primary exercise conducted by party leaders and stakeholders.
The visit, which took place amid jubilation and renewed party unity, was led by the Lagelu PDP executives, who described Hon. AKT’s emergence as a testament to his exemplary leadership, dedication to public service, and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Lagelu Local Government and Oyo State at large.
Speaking during the visit, the executives commended the peaceful conduct of the consensus primary, noting that the exercise reflected the maturity, unity, and democratic values within the party.
