The honorable member representing Lagelu State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olajide Akintunde (AKT), has extended warm birthday felicitations to the First Lady of Oyo State, Mrs. Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, on the occasion of her birthday celebration today.
In a congratulatory message made available to Apollo Media, Hon. AKT described Mrs. Makinde as a compassionate mother, exemplary leader, and a pillar of support whose dedication to the welfare of women, children, and vulnerable members of society continues to inspire many across Oyo State.
He commended her commitment to humanitarian service and her numerous interventions aimed at improving the lives of the less privileged, noting that her selfless efforts have contributed significantly to the social development of the state. Mrs. Makinde has been associated with initiatives supporting women, children, people with disabilities, and campaigns against gender-based violence and harmful practices.
Hon. AKT prayed for God’s continued blessings, sound health, wisdom, and long life for the First Lady as she marks another year of impactful living and service to humanity.
