The Leader of the Legislative House in Lagelu Local Government and Councilor representing Ward 5, Hon. Aduragbemi Idogbe, has congratulated Engr. Toheeb Adegoke following his successful obtaining of the Allied People’s Movement (APM) nomination form as the consensus candidate for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general election.
Hon. Idogbe described the development as a major step toward purposeful representation and quality leadership for the people of Akinyele and Lagelu federal constituency.
According to him, Engr. Adegoke’s emergence as the consensus candidate reflects the confidence and trust reposed in him by party leaders, stakeholders, and supporters across the constituency.
He noted that Engr. Toheeb Adegoke possesses the experience, competence, humility, and leadership capacity needed to effectively represent the interests of the people at the National Assembly.
The Ward 5 Councilor further commended the leadership of the APM in Oyo State for ensuring unity and consensus within the party, stressing that such political maturity would further strengthen the party’s chances in the 2027 general election.
Hon. Aduragbemi Idogbe expressed optimism that Engr. Adegoke would emerge victorious at the polls and deliver impactful representation that would attract meaningful development to both Akinyele and Lagelu local governments.
He prayed for wisdom, strength, and divine guidance for the candidate as he continues consultations and preparations toward the forthcoming election.
