The Executive members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagelu Local Government have extended warm congratulations to the member representing Lagelu State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olajide Akintunde, popularly known as AKT, following his consensus selection as the party’s candidate for the forthcoming election.
In a statement issued on behalf of the party executives, the leadership described the consensus decision as a clear testament to Hon. AKT’s outstanding performance, steadfast commitment to grassroots development, and unwavering loyalty to the ideals of the PDP.
The executives noted that the decision by party leaders and stakeholders to unanimously adopt Hon. AKT for a third term re-election reflects the confidence reposed in his leadership capacity and his impressive representation of the people of Lagelu State Constituency.
