An aspirant for the House of Representatives seat for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke, has extended warm Easter greetings to residents across the constituency, urging them to remain steadfast in hope, unity, and faith in a brighter future.
In his Easter message made available to newsmen, Adegoke described the resurrection of Jesus Christ as a profound symbol of hope, renewal, and new beginnings, stressing that the season serves as a reminder that no challenge is permanent and no situation is beyond restoration.
According to him, “This season reminds us that even after the darkest moments, there is hope, renewal, and a new beginning. The resurrection of Christ is a powerful symbol that no challenge is permanent and no situation is beyond restoration.”
The federal constituency hopeful commended the people of Akinyele and Lagelu for their resilience, strength, and unwavering faith, noting that these enduring values remain essential to the continued growth and development of the constituency.
He acknowledged the collective efforts of all segments of society, including mothers, fathers, youths, and elders, whose commitment and perseverance, he said, continue to sustain the communities through difficult times.
Adegoke further called on residents to continue supporting one another in the spirit of unity and togetherness, especially in periods of uncertainty, while maintaining faith in the promise of a better tomorrow.
“We must continue to be hopeful even in uncertain times, support one another as one people, and believe in a better future for our communities,” he stated.
He also prayed for peace, progress, and renewed strength for every household as Christians celebrate Easter, expressing optimism that the constituency is on the path to greater opportunities and inclusive development.
“As we celebrate, may this season bring peace to our homes, progress to us all, and renewed strength to every family. Together, we can continue to build a community where opportunities grow, voices are heard, and the future is brighter for the next generation,” Adegoke added.
The message has since been well received by party faithful and residents, many of whom described it as timely and inspiring as the Easter celebration continues.
