Following the release of the convener Omituntun Benedict forum, Agbaakin Benedict Akika, Lagelu local government supervisory councilor for education, Hon Abiade Rotimi has extended his appreciation to Oyo State government led by the executive governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde for his swift intervention in securing his release from captivity of the abductors.
Recall that Chief Benedict Akika who was abducted last week at his residence, Idi-Ape area, along olorunda-abaa by unknown kidnappers, Akika has been in their captive for 6 days before he was released on Wednesday 12th Sept.
Hon Abiade however acknowledged Otunba Seye famojuro’s unrelented efforts towards abductee release, he however appreciated the leaders and members of the party PDP, Oyo Lawmakers, Lagelu local government chairman, CSDA Chairman Hon Adeaga, SSA on Local government RAD, security agencies, Omituntun Benedict forum OBF, Muslim community, Christian Association of Nigeria, Traditional worshippers, Traditional Rules and other people that supported morally, financially and spiritually.
