In a groundbreaking celebration of community upliftment, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, the chairman of Lagelu Local Government has commended Rep. Akinmoyede Olafisoye on his mega empowerment initiative for constituents in Akinyele/Lagelu federal constituency.
The mega empowerment included distribution of tricycles, sewing machines, grinding machines, and food packages to beneficiaries. It was said to be an initiative aimed at equipping young people and women with essential tools for entrepreneurship.
At a vibrant community event held in the heart of Lagelu on Thursday, Kamorudeen took the stage to applaud Olafisoye’s commitment to socio-economic development. “Today, we are not just recognizing a nice move for development; we are celebrating a vision for our community,” he declared. “Rep. Olafisoye’s mega empowerment program is not just an initiative; it’s a great move towards self-sufficiency and prosperity in the federal constituency”.
