The Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde FNSE, will be launching the Online Property Title Search Platform on July 15th, 2024, at 11am prompt, Ministry of Lands Conference Room.
This innovative platform is a significant milestone in the Governor’s digital transformation agenda, aimed at enhancing the ease of doing business in Oyo State.
The initiative which was designed to provide a convenient and efficient way for members of the public to conduct property title searches from the comfort of their homes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Honorable Commissioner for Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Mr Akin Funmilayo Williams noted that the platform will reduce the need for physical visits to the Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, thereby saving time and increasing productivity by searching on the website link-https://www.lands.oyostate.gov.ng.
However the honorable commissioner and other stakeholder in the ministry hereby invites all stakeholders, including property owners, developers, legal practitioners, and the general public, to take advantage of this innovative platform.
